Today’s flat and high definition LCD television models often require mounts in order to be set up in the home. The LCD TV bracket is a popular addition to today’s homes with these types of televisions. Most are designed to be installed on them, whether they require it or not. Because there are so many to sort through, it’s best to check which your television model is compatible with first then shop for the bracket itself. This way you can be sure you will get one that fits.

The  maximum weight that a bracket can support is also a huge consideration. Many only support up to a certain weight limit, with many sitting at a maximum weight of 50lb to 100lb. In any case, going over that limit can be a serious safety concern. Absolutely never install a mount with a limit under that of your TV weight.  This may seem like something small at first, but it is a very big part of choosing a bracket.
